FidGET and GROOVE

No sooner was it thought than it becomes song.

The music of Fidget and Groove began in 1990 on Orcas Island, Washington in the Puget Sound in the dead of winter in the midst of fine home brew and finer home grown. The music recorded here was improvised live with no overdubs.  Most of these songs were conceived while recording and improvising, lyrics and all, on the spot, and some still grow and flourish through the music of Bill Wolford's Head and periodically come back to life when these two outsiders get together and do a rare live performance.  But here, for now, are some selections to feast your ears on.
